BEIJING, April 10 (Xinhua) -- Global creator community WeWork has partnered with Peking University's Guanghua School of Management to innovate business education and promote entrepreneurship.

The two parties inked a cooperation agreement Tuesday to leverage their strengths to nurture innovative business professionals, marking the New York-based firm's first tie-up with a leading Chinese business school since its entry in China in 2016.

They will develop case studies on WeWork, promote WeWork Creator Awards and establish platforms to share the latest industry trends, according to WeWork.

Specifically, the company's start-up services platform WeWork Labs will collaborate with Guanghua on education content, exchange programs, space support and entrepreneurship and innovation plans for graduates.

The partnership is expected to help WeWork and its customers to gain insight of industry trends and demands, facilitating the development of products and services tailored to the Chinese market, said Alan Ai, general manager of WeWork Greater China.

Zhang Ying, associate dean with Guanghua, said China is an "experiment land" and Guanghua, with over 30 years of history, is open to embrace innovations.

WeWork has been expanding fast in China, with over 70 communities in eight Chinese cities including Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Wuhan.
