Ukrainian First Vice Prime Minister Stepan Kubiv addresses an agreement signing ceremony in Kiev, Ukraine, on Dec. 20, 2018. Chinese company Dongfang Electric International Corporation (DEIC) and Ukrainian company Donbasenergo on Thursday signed an agreement on the joint reconstruction of a power unit at Sloviansk thermal power plant (TPP) in eastern Ukraine.
